STEP 1: LOAN APPLICATION The loan process begins when you complete and submit a swimming pool loan application either on-line, over the phone or via fax.   Loan approval decisions are made in one business day - usually same day! STEP 2: LOAN SELECTION Based on your needs and qualifications (credit scores, employment history, and other criteria), you will usually have several loan options available to you.  We will explain these options to you so that you can make an informed decision.  No matter what loan you qualify for, we will give you our best effort and utmost attention to ensure that your needs are met in the most economical and hassle-free way! STEP 3: LOAN PROCESSING Viking Capital underwrites and processes loans in-house for faster, more flexible servicing.  We will clearly explain all your loan details.  Once the loan conditions are met and a clear title report is received, your loan documents are drawn.  Loans fund shortly after the documents are signed. STEP 4: LOAN FUNDING The final step in the home improvement loan process is loan funding.  Viking Capital issues two-party checks made payable to both you and your contractor/builder.  Funding is often staged so that payments are aligned with project milestones.
